Nilfisk Outlet have opted to use DHL for the majority of our deliveries throughout the UK, Highlands and Islands as we have found that they offer a broad range of services.

Standard Delivery
The normal service is within 3-5 working days. We will email you on the day of dispatch and text you two hours before delivery (if you supply a mobile number at point of order). Occasionally due to volume of work, after long weekends or holiday periods, it may take an extra day to be dispatched. The cost of standard delivery (if charged, please check item) £6.95 (Zone A).

In addition to the standard charges, we also have surcharges for high weight orders, these are based on the following table:

If any item is out of stock, it will be dispatched for next day delivery as soon as Nilfisk Outlet are restocked. If we dispatch part of an order, we will be liable for any further delivery charges to complete the order.


Track my Parcel
When your goods are dispatched an email will be forwarded to the logon mail address you supplied advising you of the tracking number and where you can track your parcel. You can then see at any point where your parcel Is during the delivery process.

And if you miss your delivery?
A card will be left and then you can arrange for re-delivery or to pick up your parcel from the local counter, even on a Saturday morning.
